Submitters, Advertisers, Agents (alternately known as “Customer”), and the web site Shreddingtruck.com (alternately known as “Web Site”), agree as follows: All advertisements/submissions for the web site Shreddingtruck.com are accepted and published on the representation that the Submitters, Advertisers, Agents are authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereon.

The Web Site; Shreddingtruck.com reserves all rights. Duplication for any purpose is prohibited. Viewers or Customers of the Web Site may print up to two copies of the page or item of interest for their personal use.

All advertising orders are accepted subject to the terms, conditions and rates appearing on this agreement and the associated invoice, billing statements. Verbal and/or antidotal instructions shall not be binding on any party to this agreement. Advertising orders are subject to rate change upon proper notice from the web site Shreddingtruck.com. In the case of advertising placed by an Agency, the Agency and the Client in whose name the Agency is placing the advertisement are jointly and severally liable for the price of the advertising space.

Payment for advertising space is due in advance and invoices are due upon receipt. Customer agrees to receive and submit correspondence and advertisement content via electronic mail. Customers agree to receive billing invoices and statements via electronic mail. Billing invoices or statements sent via US Mail subject to a Statement Fee of $8. each mailing.

The web site Shreddingtruck.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express, mailed checks and electronic checks. All Sales Final upon publication. Returned Checks subject to $35. handling & fee recovery charge + expenses and penalties as permitted by law. Customer using a Credit Card agree to abide by their Cardholder agreement. Check payments made electronically are subject to electronic check rules.

The web site Shreddingtruck.com reserves the right to reject or decline any advertisement or submission for any reason at anytime without liability beyond the received fee for the advertisement, even if the advertisement had been previously accepted.

The web site Shreddingtruck.com assumes no liability for errors or omissions of key numbers, content or an submission/advertisement for any reason whatsoever.

The web site Shreddingtruck.com reserves the right to perform minor editing or other preparation processes to the submission/advertisement as deemed necessary. Advertiser agrees to provide to submission/advertisement in the requested format and free from any form of tracking cookie, java scrip, and other dangerous or potentially hostile contents.

The web site Shreddingtruck.com reserves the right to insert the word “advertisement” above any advertisement content. All advertisements/submissions accepted and published on the web site Shreddingtruck.com become the property of the web site Shreddingtruck.com

Positioning of advertisements/submissions, unless specified by this agreement, are at the discretion of the web site Shreddingtruck.com.

Changes to advertisements/submissions during advertisement term are subject to a $50. handling fee.

Customer assumes liability for all content of advertisements/submissions submitted and for any claims arising therefrom and made against the web site Shreddingtruck.com. In consideration for providing the advertisement service, the Customer will fully indemnify and hold the web site Shreddingtruck.com harmless from all costs, expenses ( including reasonable attorney’s fees ) and liabilities resulting from or arising in connection with publication of the advertisement.

The web site Shreddingtruck.com will make a “best effort” to maintain the website and the advertisement during the advertisement term. The web site Shreddingtruck.com is not liable for publication delays or service interruptions caused by weather, construction crews, utility/transportation interruption, war, terrorism, planned and unplanned maintenance or “acts of god”. Maximum liability for any interruption, error, delay will not exceed the cost of the advertisement in question.

All aspects of this agreement shall be binding upon Customers and/or Web Site's successors in the event of change of ownership during agreement term.

Information submitted and received by the Web Site along with public information may be exchanged or sold to marketers.
